IN URUGUAY CONTINUES THE IMPUNITY "THE TOWN THAT FORGETS ITS PAST IS CONDEMNED TO REPEAT IT"

The 25/10/2009 the Uruguayans we had the only opportunity to annul the law (Law of Expiration of the Punitive
Pretension of the State) so that can investigate and to judge the committed crimes by soldiers and police

rights.
